PROGRAM

Day 1. Meeting in Yakutsk airport. Transfer to hotel. Accommodation in single and double rooms with all conveniences. Dinner.

Day 2. Breakfast in a hotel. Review excursion around the city with visiting Institute of Permafrost Studies, Treasury Yakutia. Lunch in a restaurant. Visit to Museum of Mammoth, Museum of Khomus (Vargan). In the evening — departure from a hotel to a cruise-ship. Accomodation in double cabins with all conveniences. Dinner in a ship restaurant.
Sailing to Lena Pillars (180 km from Yakutsk).

Day 3. Morning — arrival at Lena Pillars, a unique nature significant site. National rites. Climbing rocks, fishing. Lunch and dinner in a ship restaurant.

Day 4. Arrival at Yakutsk in the afternoon. Hotel accommodation. Dinner in out-of-town architectural historic complex of Chochur-Muran. Acquaintance with culture of first Russian cossack explorers. Excursion in a complex.
Returning to the city and night in a hotel.

Day 5. Breakfast in a hotel. Transfer by bus to Ust’ Khatyn locality (18 km), the place of annual national holiday Ysyakh, the Sun meeting.
Participation in national holiday – traditional rites, contests, competition, various exhibitions of national culture. Lunch with national kitchen on the territory of the festival. In the evening — transfer to Yakutsk, dinner in a restaurant. Night in a hotel.

Day 6. Breakfast in a hotel. Transfer by bus to Ust’ Khatyn locality (18 km).
Festival continuing —sports competitions. Returning to thecity. Lunch in a restaurant. Free time, dfinner in a restaurant. Night in a hotel.

Day 7. Breakfast in a hotel. Transfer by bus to Orto Doidu locality (45 km) - the ethnographic complex and the zoo. Lunch in a complex restaurant. Visiting nature monument – Buluus glacier (110 km from Yakutsk). It will be necessary to cross Lena river by ferry. Returning to Yakutsk by evening. Farewell dinner in a restaurant.

Day 8. Early breakfast and departure to airport. Departure from Yakutsk.
