According to the legend, when the God was flying over Yakutia he got his hands frost bitten and he dropped all the treasure he was carrying. That is why Yakutia is rich with natural resources; more than ninety percent of diamonds and forty of gold in Russia is mined in Yakutia.

The diamond capital of Yakutia is Mirny, where everyone can start his own “Diamond way”, see with his own eyes the process of transformation of gem to shining diamond and buy the treasure. Also you can visit nature park “Vital diamonds of Yakutia”, museum of kimberlite by name of Dj.I. Savrasov, kimberlite pipe “Mir”, history-industrial museum of Joint-stock company “Alrosa”, architecture-memorial complex “Viluy ring”.
PROGRAM
Day 1.
Arrival in Mirny, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation, late dinner, rest.
Day 2.
Breakfast. Excursion to the opencast mine «The Mir» (World) – observation desk, architectural- memorial complex (AMC) «Viluy ring». Dinner. Historical industrial museum JSC «ALROSA», which has two departments: 1st – historical industrial, 2nd: about history of western Yakutia development. Transfer to the Natural park «Vital diamonds of Yakutia». Dinner. Back to the hotel. Rest.
Day 3.
Breakfast. Excursion to the Kimberlite’s museum by name of Dj.I. Savrasov, 30-years Victory square, Monument «Three swords». Lunch. Ciry tour, visit to the Saint Trinity Cathedral, shopping center "Yakutsky" (by the wish buying diamonds ). Transfer to the ethno-complex «Olonkho». Dinner.
Day 4.
Breakfast. Transfer to the Cascade of Viluijskih Hydrostation (so called GES), lunch- to go box. Back to Mirny, check-out. Transfer to the airport, Departure.
